Today's Customer Journey

Today's customer journey is has changed from the traditional model of the past. The stimulus and branding model still holds true but after the consumer sees or hears an ad for what they would be interested in their entire behavior changes. Today the consumer will now go directly to a device to look up the product to learn more about the product and in addition will also look for online reviews and ratings in regards to the product or service prior to walking into a store to touch and feel the product. We know realize that the first moment of truth is moving away from traditional brick and mortar and more towards online research and purchase. Furthermore the second moment of truth is also affected as consumers today will not only decide if they like the product and might use it again but they will also express their approval or dissatisfaction with the product online (review sites, social, etc)
